The True TCGG-60-S-HC-LD refrigerated deli case features stainless steel construction and an insulated curved glass front for displaying meats, cheeses, salads, and other deli products. Both front glass panes are tempered for safety. Its exterior includes stainless steel front, sides, back, and top, while the interior features stainless steel sides and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. Four adjustable, lighted, cantilevered white PVC-coated wire shelves offer adjustable display angles. Five low-UV LED light sources illuminate products: four mounted on the shelves and one inside the cabinet.

The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a high-humidity gravity coil to maintain cabinet temperatures of 38°F to 40°F. The condensing system slides out from behind the rear panel for cleaning and maintenance, and automatic defrost operates on a timed cycle. Two self-closing rear sliding doors feature Low-E, double-pane glass, a counterbalanced weight system, and stainless steel bearings. Each door includes a 12-inch molded plastic handle. High-density polyurethane insulation, a welded steel frame, and an epoxy-coated evaporator support cabinet durability. The case includes an exterior scale receptacle, a 9-foot cord, and a NEMA 5-15P plug. It complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food products.
