The True TCGG-36-S-HC-LD refrigerated deli case features stainless steel construction and an insulated curved glass front for displaying meats, cheeses, salads, and other deli products. Both front glass panes are tempered for safety. The exterior includes stainless steel front, sides, back, and top, while the interior has stainless steel sides and floor. Two adjustable, lighted, cantilevered gray PVC-coated wire shelves feature adjustable display angles. Three low-UV LED light sources illuminate products: two mounted on the shelves and one inside the cabinet.

The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a high-humidity gravity coil to maintain cabinet temperatures of 38°F to 40°F. The condensing system slides out from behind the rear panel for cleaning and maintenance, and automatic defrost operates on a timed cycle. Two self-closing rear sliding doors feature Low-E, double-pane glass, stainless steel bearings, and 12-inch black aluminum handles. High-density polyurethane insulation, a welded steel frame, and an epoxy-coated evaporator support cabinet durability. The case includes an exterior scale receptacle, a 9-foot cord, and a NEMA 5-15P plug. It complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food products.
