The True TBR72-RISZ1-L-S-SSS-1 single-zone reach-in back bar refrigerator maintains product temperatures from 33°F to 38°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its left-mounted refrigeration assembly provides forced-air cooling and incorporates True’s self-cleaning RCU technology to reduce condenser maintenance and energy consumption. Front air intake and discharge allow installation with zero clearance at the sides and back. An electronic temperature control with an exterior digital display provides temperature monitoring, while white LED lighting illuminates the interior. The cabinet is UL rated for outdoor use and complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food products.
The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front, sides, and countertop. Stainless steel interior flooring and side walls are paired with an ABS plastic ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet, and standard leg levelers support installation. Three solid swing doors include countertop-mounted locks, and a reversing hinge kit is supplied for changing door handing. Nine adjustable, gray PVC-coated wire shelves measure 17 11/16" wide by 18" deep. Aluminum support pilasters permit adjustment in 1/2" increments, with four polished stainless steel clips included per shelf. Three interior access ports are standard. A 10-foot usable cord and NEMA 5-15P plug connect the refrigerator to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
