The True TBR72-RISZ1-L-S-GGG-1 single-zone reach-in back bar refrigerator maintains temperatures from 33°F to 38°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its left-mounted refrigeration assembly uses forced-air cooling and incorporates True’s self-cleaning RCU technology. Front air intake and discharge allow installation with zero clearance at the sides and back. An electronic temperature control with an exterior digital display monitors cabinet operation, while TruLumina LED lighting illuminates the interior. The cabinet is UL rated for outdoor use and complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food products.
The exterior features a stainless steel front, sides, and countertop. Inside, stainless steel covers the floor and sides, with an ABS plastic ceiling above. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet, and standard leg levelers support installation. Three Low-E, double-pane thermal glass swing doors provide access, with countertop-mounted locks and an included kit for reversing the door hinges. Nine adjustable, gray PVC-coated wire shelves measure 17 11/16" wide by 18" deep. Aluminum support pilasters allow shelf adjustment in 1/2" increments, with four polished stainless steel clips supporting each shelf. Three interior access ports are included. The refrigerator comes with a 10-foot usable cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
