The True TBR36-RISZ1-L-S-S-1 single-zone reach-in back bar refrigerator maintains product temperatures from 33°F to 38°F using a self-contained, capillary-tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its forced-air system operates with True’s self-cleaning RCU technology, which reduces condenser-coil cleaning requirements. The left-side refrigeration system uses front air intake and front discharge, allowing zero clearance at the sides and back. An electronic temperature control provides an exterior digital display, and white LED lighting illuminates the storage area. The cabinet is UL rated for outdoor use and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.
The exterior includes a stainless steel front, sides, and countertop. Stainless steel interior flooring and side walls are paired with an ABS plastic ceiling, while high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet. The base includes leg levelers. One solid swing door features a countertop-mounted lock and field-reversible operation, with the reverse hinge kit included. Three adjustable, gray PVC-coated wire shelves measure 19 5/8" wide by 18" deep. Aluminum support pilasters provide shelf adjustment in 1/2" increments, and four polished stainless steel clips are supplied per shelf. Three interior access ports are standard. A cord with 10 feet of usable length and a NEMA 5-15P plug connects the unit to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
