The True TBR36-RISZ1-L-S-G-1 single-zone reach-in back bar refrigerator maintains product temperatures from 33°F to 38°F through a self-contained, capillary-tube refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its forced-air system works with True’s self-cleaning RCU technology to maintain cabinet temperatures. The left-side refrigeration compartment uses front air intake and front discharge, allowing zero clearance at the sides and back. An electronic temperature control includes an exterior digital display, while TruLumina LED lighting illuminates the interior. The cabinet is UL rated for outdoor use and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.

The exterior features a stainless steel front, sides, and countertop. Inside, stainless steel flooring and side walls are paired with an ABS plastic ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet, and leg levelers support installation. The glass swing door features Low-E, double-pane thermal insulation, a countertop-mounted lock, and field-reversible hinges with the reverse hinge kit included. Three adjustable, gray PVC-coated wire shelves measure 19 5/8" wide by 18" deep. Aluminum support pilasters allow shelf adjustment in 1/2" increments, with four polished stainless steel clips supplied per shelf. Three interior access ports are standard. The refrigerator includes a cord with 10 feet of usable length and a NEMA 5-15P plug for a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
