The True STR2RRI89-2S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-in refrigerator provides two refrigerated sections with solid stainless steel swing doors and accommodates racks up to 72" high. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat and reducing energy consumption. The refrigeration system is top mounted, with the evaporator positioned outside the food zone to maximize usable storage space. An exterior digital temperature display provides readings in °F or °C.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors, front, and exterior sides, together with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. Accepted roll-in racks must have inboard castors and measure no more than 27" L × 29" D × 72" H; racks are supplied by others. A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp provides access, while interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from carts. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Field-reversible hinges, removable magnetic gaskets, safety-shielded LED lighting, an epoxy-coated evaporator, and a 9-foot cord with NEMA 5-15P plug complete the standard equipment.
