The True STG2RRI89-2S-HC SPEC SERIES is a two-section roll-in refrigerator designed to accommodate racks up to 72" high. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize available storage space.

The cabinet features two solid stainless steel doors with matching aluminum exterior sides, aluminum interior side walls and back, and a stainless steel floor and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. Compatible roll-in racks must have inboard castors and maximum dimensions of 27"L × 29"D × 72"H; racks are supplied separately. A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp supports loading, while interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Field-reversible hinges and magnetic gaskets removable without tools are standard. Safety-shielded LED lighting, an exterior digital temperature display available in °F or °C, and an epoxy-coated evaporator complete the standard equipment.
