The True STG2FRI-2S-HC SPEC SERIES is a two-section roll-in freezer designed to maintain a cabinet temperature of -10°F for storing frozen foods and ice cream. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an expansion valve, with an oversized evaporator coil balanced with the compressor and condenser. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, with an evaporator fan motor delay during the defrost cycle.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors with matching aluminum exterior sides, aluminum interior side walls and back, and a stainless steel floor and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. The unit accepts roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27"L × 29"D × 66"H, supplied separately. A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp supports loading, while interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from cart contact. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, bolt-style locks, and heavy-duty metal handles. Safety-shielded LED lighting, an exterior digital temperature display, an epoxy-coated evaporator, and a backguard that improves airflow complete the standard equipment.
