The Hatco Plate Warmer is designed to keep preheated serving plates warm and readily accessible in busy foodservice environments. By serving hot food on preheated plates, operators can help maintain food temperature for longer after plating, supporting a better dining experience. Its open, doorless design allows staff and customers to load and retrieve plates easily, while the integrated heated air curtain helps maintain the temperature inside the cabinet without the need for doors.

Available in built-in and countertop configurations, the Hatco Plate Warmer can also be wall-mounted to suit different kitchen layouts and service areas. Its digital temperature control allows operators to adjust the holding temperature between 104°F and 122°F (40°C and 50°C). A protective cover panel helps prevent accidental changes to the settings. Energy-efficient LED lighting illuminates the interior from above, making the plates easy to see and access.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit is designed for everyday commercial use and is easy to clean. An optional Powdercoated Designer Black finish is also available. For expanded plate-warming capacity, up to three units can be connected together using the supplied jumper cords. Units must not be stacked.
