The Hatco HRDW Heated Rice Drawer Warmer is designed to keep cooked rice hot and at the desired consistency until serving. Its heated drawer design allows rice to be held in the same pot in which it was prepared, reducing pan-to-pan transfers, saving labor, and simplifying food preparation in busy commercial kitchens.

The unit features a digital electronic temperature control that provides even heat throughout the holding cavity. All-around insulation helps retain heat and improve energy efficiency, while the stainless-steel construction, including the back panel, is designed to withstand the demands of daily foodservice use.

The heavy-duty drawers and robust telescopic drawer slides allow convenient access to rice pots and make removal easier during service. The drawers accommodate Panasonic 23-cup (5.4-liter) rice pots. With optional Hatco adapters, they can also accommodate Town 30-cup (7-liter) rice pots. Rice pots, lids, and optional adapters are not included.

Depending on the model configuration, additional features may include a top heated well for convenient rice holding, an adjustable thermostatic control for the top well, and a stainless-steel utensil well with utensil pan.
