The dual-shelf configuration offers additional display capacity, allowing operators to present a wider variety of food products in an organized and accessible arrangement. Xenon lighting illuminates the display area to enhance product visibility and presentation. The lower front polycarbonate access door provides convenient access to displayed products, while the side glass enclosures and upper sneeze guard help define and protect the display area.

A key feature of the GRCMW-1DH is its integrated humidity system. The built-in water reservoir has a capacity of 5 cups (1.18 liters), providing humidity for the lower holding area to help maintain food quality during extended display periods. The upper shelf accommodates either two half-size pans or one full-size pan, while the lower shelf holds two half-size pans, with or without humidity.

The warmer is available in Designer colors, with Designer Black as the standard finish. Simulated stone finishes are also available for the unit's surface and decorative trim inserts, allowing it to complement different foodservice and retail interiors.
