The Hatco FSCD/FSCDH Flav-R-Savor® Convected Air Curved Front Display Case is designed to keep hot food products at peak serving temperatures while presenting them attractively from multiple viewing angles. Its sleek styling, curved tempered glass front, and integrated lighting create a high-visibility display for restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and other foodservice environments.

Designed for long-term food holding, the FSCD series uses adjustable convected hot air technology to maintain product temperatures between 140°F and 200°F (60°C–93°C). The perforated stainless steel top shelf promotes air circulation around displayed foods, helping distribute heat throughout the holding area. This design accommodates wrapped or unwrapped products displayed on platters or in food pans.

The FSCDH-2PD model adds humidified air to help preserve product moisture during extended holding. Its digitally controlled temperature and humidity readouts provide convenient monitoring and precise adjustment of the holding environment.

The display case features rear French-style glass doors for easy product access and a hinged, tempered front glass panel that tilts forward for convenient cleaning. The removable simulated stone bottom shelf provides an attractive display surface and accommodates two full-size food pans. The upper perforated stainless steel shelf holds one full-size food pan plus one third-size food pan. An optional glass shelf is also available.

An integrated front sign holder provides space to promote menu items and product offerings. The recommended sign dimensions are 33.125"W x 6"H (841 x 152 mm); the sign is not included.

The FSCD series comes standard in Designer Black, with additional Designer colors available. The removable bottom shelf base is available in simulated stone finishes, with Ash Gray as the standard color. Simulated stone finishes are made from Swanstone® material.
