The Peerless CW61P - Twin Deck Floor Model Gas Pizza Oven is a twin-deck oven (with two doors). It offers exclusive features from our space saving design, 4-cell “Power-Pak” burner system for better distribution of heat and better baking. If space is a problem, you will appreciate the space-saving design of this oven (saves almost 12” of valuable kitchen space compared to competitive brands).
The Peerless CW Series of deck gas pizza oven offer quality, performance and value, featuring a stainless steel front, aluminized interior, hearth decks and a one-year “parts and labor” warranty. Each one is stackable to increase production in the same floor space. By stacking, the Peerless CW61P twin deck pizza oven can be converted into a CW62PSC.

Peerless CW61P is a twin deck two door gas pizza oven that comes standard with a stainless steel front made of high quality, 18-gauge stainless steel. Deck size of this unit measures 42”x32”x7”. The CW61P can hold twelve 12” pizzas, eight 16” pizzas, or six 18” pizzas. Because of its heavily insulated walls and a special vent system, heat loss are reduced making this oven highly efficient. For less installation space and ease of operation, its controls are just under the doors in their own air-conditioned area so they are not affected by outside influences. The oven and its individual shut off valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at test pressures in excess of 1/2” psig (3.45KPA). The installation must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Code, ANSI Z223.1/NPA 54, Or the National Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1 - Latest Edition. The appliance should be connected ONLY to the type of gas for which it is equipped. All equipment is adjusted at the factory. Check type of gas on the serial plated on the bottom front of the oven. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage, injury or death. Read this manual thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment. Peerless Gas Oven Service Manual
Peerless warranty states that every new oven will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of installation or 12 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This will not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, improper operation, operation outside of design limits, accidents and casualties. Shipping damage is not covered by the warranty. An approved service technician should do all repair work necessary. Contact Peerless before contacting a repair company.
