The Peerless CW62PSC Double-Stack Floor Model 4 Gas Burner Pizza Oven comes standard with a stainless steel front made of high quality, 18-guage stainless steel; the door interior is 18 gauge stainless as well. It is equipped with the new energy-saving Peerless “PowerPak” 4-cell burner system and a unique baffle system. The CW62PSC deck size measures 42”x32”x7” (4) decks in two ovens. This pizza oven will hold sixteen (16) 16” pizzas. Also, this oven is totally thermocoupled and allows you to replace individual parts as opposed to throwing away the whole system. For ease of operation and space savings, it has the controls on the side.

The oven and its individual shut off valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at test pressures in excess of 1/2” psig (3.45KPA). The installation must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Code, ANSI Z223.1/NPA 54, Or the National Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1 - Latest Edition. The appliance should be connected ONLY to the type of gas for which it is equipped. All equipment is adjusted at the factory. Check type of gas on the serial plated on the bottom front of the oven. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage, injury or death. Read this manual thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment. Peerless Gas Oven Service Manual
Peerless warranty states that every new oven will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of installation or 12 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. All SC Series ovens qualify for two years parts and labor. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This will not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, improper operation, operation outside of design limits, accidents and casualties. Shipping damage is not covered by the warranty. An approved service technician should do all repair work necessary. Contact Peerless at 1-800-548-4514 before contacting a repair company.
