The FC-516 is built with a 10" deck height and a Cordierite deck for superior heat retention and crisp, authentic crusts. Independent top and bottom heat dampers provide balanced baking, while an optional brick-lined ceiling delivers more top heat, faster recovery, and reduced cooking times.

Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and a fully welded angle iron frame, the FC-516 is engineered for continuous, high-volume use. It may be installed behind a decorative brick, stone, or tile façade for an old-world look, or finished in stainless steel or black-powder-coated panels with hardwood handles for a refined, modern aesthetic. Fully insulated and designed for stacking on Bakers Pride Y or D series ovens, the FC-516 offers both performance and flexibility for demanding commercial kitchens.
