The Bakers Pride® Il Forno Classico FC-816 is the largest model in the Il Forno Classico series, offering the old-world charm of a brick oven with the control, efficiency, and precision of modern gas technology. Featuring a steel-reinforced arched opening with a visible open-flame burner, the FC-816 is designed for exhibition kitchens where visual appeal is as important as performance.

With a 10" baking chamber height and an expansive Cordierite deck (66" x 44"), this oven is built for high-capacity pizza production as well as flatbreads, pretzels, and other artisan-style baked goods. Independent top and bottom heat dampers ensure perfectly balanced baking, while an optional brick-lined ceiling enhances top heat, improves recovery, and reduces cook times.

Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel baking chamber, and a fully welded .25" angle iron frame, the FC-816 is engineered for strength and long-lasting durability. Fully insulated for energy efficiency, it can be installed as a standalone stainless steel unit or built into a decorative façade of brick, stone, or tile for a traditional hearth-style presentation. For added flexibility, it can also be stacked on Bakers Pride Y or D series deck ovens to increase production capacity.
