The CookRite by Atosa FPOF Series Portable Fryer Filters are designed for filtering and returning frying oil. The series includes the 50-pound-capacity FPOF-50 and the larger 80-pound-capacity FPOF-80.
Both models feature stainless steel exteriors and interiors supported by welded steel frames. Swivel casters provide mobility, while the low-profile design allows the filter unit to be positioned beneath a fryer drain.
A lift-out filter pan supports convenient removal and cleaning. The removable filter assembly provides easier access when replacing the filter paper. Each model is equipped with a reversible heavy-duty pump and dedicated On, Off, and Heater controls.
The 5-foot flexible return hose is designed for high-temperature operation and includes a wand with a heat-resistant handle. A quick-disconnect hose connection simplifies hose assembly and removal. A filter catch basket and clean-out scoop are also included.
The FPOF-50 and FPOF-80 include a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
