The Atosa AWF Series Walk-in Freezers provide commercial frozen storage in six nominal enclosure sizes, ranging from 6' x 6' to 10' x 12'. Each size is available in EL and ER configurations, allowing the appropriate configuration to be selected for the installation layout.

The series features a white exterior and interior with 4-inch-thick, foamed-in-place insulated panels connected using cam locks. The 4-inch wall and ceiling panels have a stated R-value of R-29. Indoor models include a standard reinforced floor, while the standard 34 1/2-inch x 27 1/2-inch exterior ramp provides convenient access into the freezer.

A top-mounted, drop-in refrigeration system simplifies the overall equipment configuration. The system operates with R404A refrigerant and is designed for a low noise level. These walk-in freezers maintain an interior temperature range of -8°F to 0°F for frozen product storage. With the condenser installed, the overall height is approximately 10 feet, and an 11-foot ceiling height is recommended.

The 36-inch entrance door is supported by three spring-loaded, heavy-duty Kason hinges. It also features diamond tread kick plates, a heated frame, a heavy-duty Kason door closer, and a heavy-duty Kason handle with a lock. An inside safety release provides a means of opening the door from inside the freezer.

Interior illumination includes a standard digital LED light and a standard 48-inch ceiling-mounted LED fixture. Each model size also has a documented shelving unit configuration designed around its available interior dimensions.
