Replacement parts and a return shipping label will be sent after a credit card authorization form is received. Defective parts should be received in our warehouse within 21 days of shipping. Defective parts not received within 21 days will be charged to the authorized credit card. Defective parts received after 21 days will be credited less a 20% handling fee.
