Built to last, a tensioned steel exoskeleton envelops the hearth and dome perimeter, ensuring unwavering structural integrity and longevity. Wrapped in spun ceramic fiber insulation, this oven requires just a 1-inch side clearance to combustibles, providing both safety and efficiency. The monolithic 4-inch thick cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest elegantly on an open black painted steel stand, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The oven body is meticulously finished with galvanized steel, while a stainless steel service panel adds a touch of refinement. Arriving fully assembled and ETL Listed, this oven is proudly crafted in the USA, ready for seamless installation. Fuel your culinary ambitions with our versatile fuel configurations:

- Gas-Fired Only: Engineered to burn either natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP) for maximum flexibility.
 
- Radiant Flame (RFG): Experience precise heat control with an easily adjustable radiant flame (up to 72,000 BTU/hr max. NG) located in the rear of the cooking chamber. User control allows for balancing the oven's radiated top heat with the heat conducted and radiated from the floor.
 
- Radiant Flame + Underfloor IR (RFG-IR): Elevate your cooking experience with the addition of a 52,000 BTU/hr (NG) thermostatically controlled infrared burner mounted under the oven deck, ensuring high production capacity with no heat recovery issues.
 
- Wood-Fired (W): Embrace the tradition of wood-fired cooking with this configuration, exclusively powered by wood.
 
- Wood with Gas Assist (W-IR): Enjoy the best of both worlds with a wood-fired model assisted by the additional BTUs of an Underfloor IR burner. Please note: this configuration requires a wood fire for operation.
 
- Combination (-W): Seamlessly switch between wood and gas burning capabilities for ovens equipped with gas burner configurations. Note: Adding wood to an oven with an RFG burner will impact available hearth capacity.
