Fuel versatility is a key feature, with gas-fired configurations supporting both natural gas (NG) and liquid propane (LP) options. Choose between the Radiant Flame (RFG) configuration, featuring an easily adjustable radiant flame with a maximum output of 80,500 BTU/hr for NG, strategically positioned at the rear of the cooking chamber. User control allows for precise adjustment, ensuring a harmonious balance between radiated top heat and floor conductivity.
Alternatively, opt for the Wood-Fired (W) configuration for a traditional cooking experience. The Combination (-W) configuration offers the flexibility of optional wood burning for ovens equipped with gas burner configurations, albeit with a reduction in available hearth capacity. Note that gas type must be specified at the time of order to ensure proper configuration.

The Bistro 4343 has a 10-inch O.D. flue collar and can be direct connected to a power-ventilated, grease-rated chimney or can be vented with a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood, or one constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes. The oven must be vented in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
