The Coal-Fired Fire Deck 11290 oven boasts a spacious door measuring 60 inches in width and 10 inches in height. Its expansive cooking area spans 79 inches by 78 inches, offering a generous 43-square-foot cooking surface. This oven is meticulously engineered to provide a superior balance of heat distribution, ensuring perfectly cooked dishes with its coal-burning capability.

Beneath the cooking deck lies an innovative air plenum, which promotes the efficient combustion of coal. The model features a pair of radiant flame (RFG) burners positioned strategically on one side, complementing the coal fire on the opposite side. Additionally, it includes a thermostatically controlled gas Underfloor Infrared (IR) burner under the deck for precise temperature management.

The oven's durability and structural integrity are fortified by a tensioned steel exoskeleton encircling the hearth and dome. It is insulated with high-quality spun ceramic fiber, necessitating a mere 1-inch clearance from combustible materials. The robust 6-inch thick cast-ceramic hearth and 4-inch thick dome are supported by a sleek painted black steel stand. The exterior of the oven—comprising the front, top, back, and sides—is elegantly finished with durable galvanized steel.

Delivered fully assembled and ETL Listed, the oven is ready for immediate installation upon arrival and proudly made in the USA. For added convenience during installation, the oven is equipped with a set of casters, which should be removed once the oven is securely in place.
