The Wood Stone WS-FD-9690 Fire Deck 9690 Stone Hearth Oven is a high-capacity commercial pizza oven designed for professional foodservice operations requiring substantial cooking space, durable construction, and flexible heating configurations. Featuring an expansive 39-square-foot cooking surface measuring 74 inches wide by 77 inches deep, the oven incorporates a monolithic 6-inch-thick cast-ceramic hearth and a 4-inch-thick cast-ceramic dome. A tensioned steel exoskeleton surrounds the hearth and dome perimeter to provide structural integrity and longevity, while spun ceramic fiber insulation helps retain heat within the cooking chamber. The oven features a 60-inch-wide door opening with a stainless steel mantel and a black painted steel stand.

The Fire Deck 9690 is available in gas-fired, wood-fired with gas assist, and combination configurations. Gas-fired models utilize adjustable radiant flames positioned on one or both sides of the cooking chamber, working alongside a thermostatically controlled underfloor infrared burner to support high-production cooking. Configurations with two radiant flame burners and one infrared burner deliver a combined input of 347,000 BTU/hr with natural gas or 369,000 BTU/hr with propane. Wood-fired with gas assist models incorporate an underfloor infrared burner and require a wood fire, while combination configurations permit wood burning alongside gas-fired operation for additional cooking flexibility.

Its galvanized steel exterior, insulated construction, and digital controller provide a durable and practical solution for commercial cooking environments. The oven requires only 1 inch of side clearance to combustible materials and arrives completely assembled with installation casters that must be removed once the oven is positioned. ETL Listed and manufactured in the USA, the Wood Stone Fire Deck 9690 combines extensive hearth capacity, multiple heating options, and robust construction for high-volume commercial pizza operations.
