The True TUC-60D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator is a versatile two-section unit designed with convenience in mind, featuring two drawers and two shelves for flexible storage options. The stainless steel drawers, equipped with user-friendly slides and rollers, effortlessly open and close. While each drawer accommodates a 12-inch-long by 20-inch-deep by 6-inch-tall food pan, the incorporation of pan divider bars (available separately) allows for the storage of various food pan sizes. Adjacent to the drawers, a solid, right-hinged door grants access to four heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, each measuring 27½ inches wide by 16 inches deep. These shelves can be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments to adapt to changing inventory needs. The door's design allows it to be pushed beyond 90 degrees, securing it in an open position for convenient loading and retrieval of products.

Operating with an eco-friendly self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R290 refrigerant, the True TUC-60D-2-HC maintains temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in both the drawers and shelving section. The electronically commutated (EC) evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure a consistent airflow, minimizing heat production and energy consumption while enhancing motor reliability. The unit's doors, drawers, and cabinet are insulated with high-density polyurethane to retain the generated temperatures. Additionally, the evaporator is coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy for increased efficiency. The condensing unit is easily accessible from the back and can be pulled out to simplify maintenance.

Constructed for lasting durability in high-volume back-of-house use, the refrigerator features a stainless steel front, top, and ends, while the steel back is coated with corrosion-resistant GalFan®. The interior boasts a clear-coated aluminum liner designed to withstand high-volume use, with a stainless steel floor and coved corners for easy cleaning. Compact in size, the unit measures 60⅜ inches wide by 31¼ inches deep by 36 inches tall and is equipped with 5-inch castors for smooth mobility, allowing easy movement for cleaning or maintenance.
