The 12-inch recessed handles on the two stainless steel doors are permanently attached with a sheet metal interlock, providing convenient access. Door gaskets prevent cold air leakage and are easily removable for cleaning or replacement. Additionally, the doors feature a stay-open feature at 90 degrees, facilitating loading without obstruction.

Internally, four PVC-coated wire shelves offer adjustable storage in 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate various product sizes. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures cold air retention, while the set temperature ranges from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, maintained by the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The consistent airflow generated by the evaporator and condenser fans not only saves energy but also ensures even product cooling. While not a substitute for regular preventive maintenance, the fan compressor's self-cleaning feature enhances overall performance and reduces energy consumption. During each startup, the compressor's fan motor engages in a 20-second reverse period, effectively blowing away dust or buildup settled on the condensing coil.
