Utilizing a self-contained capillary tube system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this freezer efficiently removes heat from the air. The guided airflow system ensures uniform product temperatures throughout the interior. The electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors, generating less heat than previous models, consistently move air volumes for enhanced performance.

To extend the unit's lifespan, the condensing fan motor employs a reverse blowing mechanism, eliminating settled dust and debris from the condensing coil's surface. This process optimizes efficiency, reducing energy consumption while maintaining product cooling. However, it's important to note that while effective, this mechanism should not replace regular preventive maintenance.

The TUC-60-32F-HC~SPEC1 deep undercounter freezer showcases 12-inch-long handles attached to each door using sheet metal interlocks, ensuring durability. The doors feature a white aluminum liner to match the cabinet, along with a stainless steel exterior. Magnetic gaskets provide a positive seal around the doors, enabling tool-free removal for easy cleaning. Inside, four wire shelves support stored products, with each shelf featuring four chrome-plated shelf clips for 1⁄2-inch increment adjustments. Shelf support pilasters and the cabinet interior are constructed of the same material, maintaining a cohesive and visually pleasing design.
