The True TUC-27FG-HC~FGD01 undercounter freezer maintains cabinet temperatures from -10°F to 6°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its forced-air system uses guided airflow to provide uniform product temperatures, while electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors move air consistently and produce less heat. The rear-access condensing unit slides out for maintenance. Self-cleaning RCU technology helps keep the condenser coil clean, and automatic defrost is time-initiated and time-terminated. A Low-E, triple-pane thermal glass door provides visibility into the refrigerated compartment, with safety-shielded LED lighting illuminating the interior.

The cabinet includes stainless steel top and ends, a clear-coated aluminum interior liner, and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure. The glass door has an extruded aluminum frame, a 12" extruded aluminum handle, and a standard barrel lock. Positive-seal, self-closing operation keeps the door closed, and its swing remains within the cabinet dimensions. A one-piece magnetic gasket removes without tools. Two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated gray wire shelves provide different depths for upper and lower storage and adjust in 1/2" increments. An epoxy-coated evaporator provides corrosion protection. Standard 5" diameter castors have front locks, and a ten-foot cord with NEMA 5-15P plug connects to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
