The unit's front, top, and ends are constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion, while the steel back is coated in GalFan. The stainless steel floor with coved corners prevents debris buildup, and the interior is lined with clear-coated aluminum for easy cleaning. The refrigerated base includes six PVC-coated shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate tall products, providing additional storage space.
To enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption, the compressor's fan motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds upon startup, blowing debris, dirt, and dust off the condenser coil. While this self-cleaning feature contributes to improved run times and extends the unit's lifespan, routine preventative maintenance is still recommended for optimal performance.
