Its energy-efficient design is factory-balanced, ensuring guided airflow that maintains consistent temperatures within both the food pans and cabinet interior. The sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors, coupled with large fan blades, achieve a unique low-velocity, high-volume airflow due to a patented forced-air design. This design holds the product temperature within the range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensing unit, positioned at the back of the cabinet, is easily accessible and slides out for maintenance. While the fan motors employ a 20-second reversed air flow to remove excess debris, routine maintenance and cleaning are still essential for optimal operation.

Access to the base is facilitated through solid swinging doors, which are self-closing but can stay open past 90 degrees for convenient loading and unloading of products.
