The True TOAM-72-HC~TSL01 open air merchandiser refrigerator displays packaged food and beverages through a large, open front. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and three 3/4 HP compressors to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 40°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The bottom-mounted condensing unit provides maintenance access, and True’s self-cleaning RCU technology helps keep the condenser coil clean. An off-cycle defrost system uses time and temperature to initiate and terminate defrost. The cabinet is designed for environments up to 80°F and 55% relative humidity.

The exterior features black powder-coated cold-rolled steel, while the interior combines a white aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and deck pans. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure. Eight adjustable, solid white powder-coated cantilever shelves tilt up to 15° in 5° increments. LED cabinet lighting and shelf light strips illuminate five display levels. An illuminated exterior flat-profile sign panel is made from high-impact styrene. A break-resistant glass lower front panel provides product visibility, while a standard night cover covers the opening. The welded steel frame rail includes leg levelers. A ten-foot cord and NEMA 6-20P plug are supplied for connection to a dedicated 208–230V, single-phase, 20-amp outlet.
