The unit allows operators to set the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with the current temperature displayed on the external control panel. In the event of any refrigeration issues, operators can conveniently access the slide-out condensing unit located behind the back grille.

To enhance efficiency, the condensing fan motor utilizes a 20-second reverse direction when the compressor starts, effectively removing debris from the condensing coil's surface. This automated mechanism aids in maintaining a cleaner coil, contributing to prolonged effective performance. Consistent implementation of preventive maintenance practices further ensures optimal coil operation, extending the overall lifespan of the unit.

Featuring two doors—one flipping up on the top and the other dropping down on the front—the True TMC-58-S-SS-HC milk cooler provides secure access. Each door is equipped with a lock to prevent theft and tampering.
