With the capacity to accommodate 16 milk crates measuring 13 inches by 13 inches by 11 1/8 inches, the cooler features three heavy-duty floor racks to support the crates without bending. Accessible from both the side and top, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to maintain a consistent temperature and prevent milk from spoiling or warming. Mounted on 4-inch castors, this cooler provides mobility for ease of placement.

As an environmentally friendly unit, the True TMC-58-DS-HC milk refrigerator uses natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and forced air for cooling. It offers a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and a digital thermometer enables monitoring to ensure temperature changes do not occur unexpectedly. The condensing fan motor is designed to blow air in the opposite direction when the compressor starts, effectively removing debris and dust from the condensing coil. This automatic cleaning mechanism helps maintain a clean coil surface, enabling it to efficiently keep products cool for longer periods while using less energy overall. While this mechanism contributes to efficient operation, regular preventive maintenance is still recommended to ensure the coil's proper functioning over time. The lids and floor of the cooler are constructed with rust-resistant stainless steel, and the interior is made of durable aluminum.
