With energy-efficient electronically commutated motors and an epoxy-coated evaporator for corrosion resistance, the cooler ensures optimal performance. Operators can easily monitor the temperature through the external digital display, promoting food safety and compliance with HACCP regulations. Convenient maintenance is facilitated by the slide-out condensing unit accessible from the back.

Enhancing the unit's lifespan, the reverse condensing fan motor automatically clears debris from the condensing coil's surface. This mechanism, designed to complement preventive maintenance practices, improves the coil's efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

The True TMC-49-S-SS-HC milk cooler features a robust stainless steel exterior and interior, with a powder-coated steel frame rail for durability. The stainless steel interior floor includes heavy-duty floor racks capable of supporting up to 12 crates of milk. With one drop-down door and one flip-up door, both equipped with locks for product security, students and staff can easily access milk. The cooler's structural strength is further reinforced by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, ensuring effective temperature retention.
