The True TMC-34-S-HC milk cooler is designed to accommodate eight standard milk crates, facilitated by two floor racks and a durable stainless steel floor. Access to restock and retrieve milk is provided through two doors, featuring a drop door at the front and a flip-up door on top. The exterior is constructed with robust stainless steel, ensuring resilience to the heavy traffic typically found in school lunchrooms. Internally, the clear-coat over aluminum helps resist corrosion, and the cabinet structure is reinforced by a powder-coated steel frame rail along with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

Maintaining a set temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigerator system utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The external digital display allows easy monitoring of the temperature. Controlled by a self-contained capillary tube system, the refrigerant circulates efficiently. The condensing unit is easily accessible for servicing, sliding out from behind the back grille. Even distribution of cold air is ensured by the condenser and evaporator fan motors.

The condensing fan motor contributes to an extended lifespan of the unit by consistently removing debris buildup from the condensing coil. When the compressor activates, the motor blows air towards the coil for 20 seconds, effectively eliminating debris. While this feature enhances operational efficiency, it should complement regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal long-term performance of the condensing coil and the overall unit.
