The True TFP-72-30M prep table with a refrigerated base offers an expansive storage solution with three sections, each equipped with stainless steel exterior doors lined with aluminum for corrosion resistance. The 12-inch recessed handles on each door facilitate easy opening, while magnetic gaskets ensure a tight seal to prevent cold air leaks. Inside the cabinet, six adjustable PVC-coated shelves provide organized storage for products, and the stainless steel floor with coved corners simplifies the cleaning process.
At the top of the unit, a cutout compartment accommodates 30 sixth-size pans, protected by two foam-insulated lids that effectively retain cold air and prevent contaminants from reaching the stored food. An 8-inch-wide by 1/2-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board runs the length of the unit, serving as a versatile prep station for toppings or meal preparation. Utilizing a guided system, the True TFP-72-30M ensures that products stored in the cabinet base maintain the same optimal temperature as those in the top compartment.
