The True TFP-64-24M-D-4 prep table is meticulously designed to streamline food preparation, featuring an 8-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board that spans the entire length of the unit. This cutting board is exceptionally suited for crafting sandwiches, salads, pizzas, or handling ingredients stored in the accompanying pans. The top pan compartment is equipped with 24 sixth-size pans and features two foam-insulated lids, providing protection against contaminants. Guided airflow within the compartment ensures uniform temperatures, aligning with the rest of the cabinet.
The base of the unit features four drawers, each capable of accommodating various pan sizes with the option of a separately sold pan divider bar. Stainless steel facings, liners, and frames contribute to the drawers' durability, while the 12-inch recessed handle facilitates easy opening. The interior is designed with a stainless steel floor and coved corners, simplifying the cleaning process.
