The True TDM-R-48-GE/GE-W-W refrigerated bakery display case features a white exterior and a white powder-coated interior over cold-rolled steel. Its curved tempered-glass front and glass ends provide product visibility, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the display. Three adjustable cantilever shelves feature white PVC-coated wire construction and support up to 150 pounds each. Two rear sliding glass doors provide access to displayed products, and the front glass swings upward for cleaning.

The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains temperatures from 33°F to 41°F. A reversing condensing fan motor helps keep the condenser coil clean, while an epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure, and a welded steel frame with a corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish supports the case. Leg levelers accommodate uneven floors. The condensing unit slides out for maintenance, and the rear doors incorporate stainless steel tracks and bearings for smooth operation.
