The True TDM-DC-36-GE/GE-B-W dry display case features a curved glass front and glass end panels for presenting desserts and pastries. The single-pane tempered front glass swings upward to provide full frontal access for cleaning. Its exterior combines black powder-coated rounded front and back surfaces with black aluminum aesthetic side and front panels. The interior features white powder-coated cold rolled steel. Three adjustable, cantilevered white PVC-coated wire shelves provide tiered display space, with each shelf supporting up to 150 pounds.

Two rear sliding glass doors provide back access and include 12-inch aluminum handles. The doors ride on stainless steel V-channel with stainless steel bearings for smooth operation. Safety-shielded LED interior lighting illuminates displayed products, with clips beneath the shelves to keep wires in place. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure, and a welded steel frame rail with leg levelers supports the case. The cabinet accommodates multiple display pan sizes; pans are supplied by others. It complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for open food products and includes an 8-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
