The True TBR52-RISZ1-L-B-SS-1 single-zone reach-in back bar refrigerator maintains product temperatures from 33°F to 38°F using a self-contained, capillary-tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its forced-air system works with True’s self-cleaning RCU technology to maintain temperatures and reduce condenser-coil cleaning requirements. The left-side refrigeration system uses front air intake and front discharge, allowing zero clearance at the sides and back. An electronic temperature control includes an exterior digital display, while white LED lighting illuminates the storage area. The cabinet is UL rated for outdoor use and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.
The exterior features black powder-coated cold-rolled steel with a stainless steel countertop. Inside, stainless steel flooring and side walls are paired with an ABS plastic ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet, and the base includes leg levelers. Two solid swing doors provide access to the interior, with locks mounted in the countertop and field-reversible operation supported by an included reverse hinge kit. Six adjustable, gray PVC-coated wire shelves measure 17 11/16" wide by 18" deep. Aluminum support pilasters allow adjustment in 1/2" increments, with four polished stainless steel clips supplied per shelf. Three interior access ports are standard. The refrigerator includes 10 feet of usable cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
