The True TBR48-RISZ1-L-S-11-1 single-zone reach-in back bar refrigerator maintains product temperatures from 33°F to 38°F using a self-contained, capillary-tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Forced-air refrigeration works with True’s self-cleaning RCU technology to maintain temperatures and reduce condenser-coil cleaning requirements. The left-side refrigeration system uses front air intake and front discharge, allowing zero clearance at the sides and back. An electronic temperature control includes an exterior digital display, while TruLumina LED lighting illuminates the interior. The cabinet is UL rated for outdoor use and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.

The exterior features a stainless steel front, sides, and countertop. Inside, stainless steel flooring and side walls are paired with an ABS plastic ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet, and the base includes leg levelers. Two sliding doors feature Low-E, double-pane thermal glass with black powder-coated frames. Six adjustable, gray PVC-coated wire shelves measure 15 1/4" wide by 18" deep. Aluminum support pilasters allow adjustment in 1/2" increments, with four polished stainless steel clips supplied per shelf. Three interior access ports are standard. The refrigerator includes 10 feet of usable cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
