The bottom-mounted refrigeration system runs in the coolest area of the kitchen, maintaining an internal temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, displayed on an external screen. It's important to note that the bottom-mounted design may not be ideal for bakeries with significant flour usage, as particles on the floor could be drawn into the unit.

The condensing fan motor operates in reverse mode for 20 seconds upon startup, effectively removing dirt, debris, and dust from the condenser coil. Regular cleaning of this integral component ensures reliable and efficient system operation, contributing to reduced energy consumption and maintaining consistent storage temperatures.
