The True STR2RRT-2G-2S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-thru refrigerator provides two refrigerated sections with two full-height glass front doors and two full-height solid rear doors. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat and reducing energy consumption. The refrigeration system is top mounted, with the evaporator positioned outside the food zone to maximize usable storage space. An exterior digital temperature display provides readings in °F or °C.
The cabinet features stainless steel door construction, front, and exterior sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. The front doors incorporate Low-E, double-pane thermal-insulated glass. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. It accepts roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 66" H; racks are supplied by others. Heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps provide access, while interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from carts. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open position, bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Removable magnetic gaskets, safety-shielded LED lighting, an epoxy-coated evaporator, and a 9-foot cord with NEMA 5-15P plug complete the standard equipment.
