The True STR2H-4HG SPEC SERIES is a two-section reach-in heated holding cabinet with four half-height glass swing doors. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F for warm baked or cooked food. One corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element provides 3,000 watts, while low-velocity fans distribute heat evenly throughout the cabinet. An exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage heating. A manually controlled top vent provides humidity control, and an exterior digital temperature display is available in °F or °C. The cabinet is designed to hold already-warm food, rather than heat cold or room-temperature products.
The cabinet features stainless steel door construction, front, and exterior sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure. The doors incorporate Low-E, double-pane thermal-insulated glass and close automatically, with a 120° stay-open feature. Standard door equipment includes lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, external cam-lift hinges, and magnetic gaskets removable without tools. One interior kit option is included per full section. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting operates through an exterior switch. Standard 5" plate castors have locks on the front set. Installation requires hardwiring to a dedicated 208–240V, 60Hz, single-phase, 20-amp circuit using three feed wires, including ground.
