The True STR1HRI89-1S SPEC SERIES heated holding cabinet features a single-section roll-in design with one solid swing door. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F using two corrosion-resistant stainless steel finned-tube heating elements, each rated at 1000 watts, for a total output of 2000 watts. Low-velocity fans distribute heat evenly throughout the cabinet. Exterior switches control the heating system and fans, while electronic temperature control manages holding temperature. A manually controlled top vent provides humidity control, and a 12" × 20" water pan is included when additional humidity is required.

The exterior door, front, and sides are stainless steel, as are the interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet and solid door. A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp accommodates roll-in racks with inboard casters measuring up to 27"L × 29"D × 72"H; racks are supplied by others. Interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from carts. The self-closing door features a 120° stay-open position, bolt-style lock, heavy-duty metal handle, and three external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting illuminates the interior, while an exterior color-coded display provides a direct reading of cabinet temperature. The cabinet holds warm baked or cooked food and does not heat cold or room-temperature products.
