The unit uses a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls with stainless steel floor and ceiling, this refrigerator offers durability, easy cleaning, and reliable temperature performance in high-volume foodservice environments.
