It operates with a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. With top-mounted refrigeration, ECM fan motors, LED interior lighting, and NSF-7 compliance, this model is ideal for prep-to-service transfer in high-volume food service environments.
