The True STA1HRT-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated holding cabinet is designed for continuous kitchen workflow, allowing carts to pass directly through from one side to the other while maintaining safe serving temperatures. It provides consistent holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F, making it ideal for baked and prepared foods in high-volume foodservice environments. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling, along with heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps on both sides for smooth cart movement. With dual finned-tube heating elements, low-velocity airflow, humidity control venting, and NSF-4 compliance, this unit delivers even heat distribution and dependable hot food holding.
