Its black powder-coated steel exterior complements a white aluminum interior liner and stainless steel floor. Two Low-E double-pane insulated glass sliding doors provide product visibility without swing-door clearance. The self-closing doors use a counter-balanced weight system for smooth, positive closing, and each includes a 12-inch handle. Four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves accommodate different product arrangements, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the cabinet.

The factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The bottom-mounted condensing unit allows convenient maintenance and raises the lower shelf for improved product visibility. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure, and an epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion.
