The True GDM-26F-HST-HC~TSL01 glass door merchandiser freezer displays frozen foods and ice cream while maintaining cabinet temperatures of -10°F. Its Health Safety Timer locks the door when the cabinet sensor detects temperatures above 0°F for 30 continuous minutes. When triggered, the display indicates “HST LCK” and the controller beeps until silenced. A battery backup power supply keeps the lock functioning during power loss. The cabinet features a powder-coated steel exterior, white aluminum interior liner, stainless steel floor, and four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. Safety-shielded LED lighting and an illuminated exterior sign panel provide product visibility.

The factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. The right-hinged, self-closing door features triple-pane insulated glass, an extruded aluminum frame, and a 12-inch handle. The bottom-mounted condensing unit provides convenient maintenance access and raises the lower shelf for improved visibility.
